About Us Crom Cafe is a family owned business created with the needs for top quality food and beverages, convenience and affordability in mind. Cup Runneth Over Mobile(CROM)Cafe is a completely self sufficient retro "chrome" Airstream. The trailer was being used as a parts trailer when we found it for sale. We completely designed the layout, restored the interior, and fitted it for a commercial kitchen. Revitalized Trailers polished the outside for us. The whole process took over 3 years to complete! Our focus is on genuine old-fashioned customer service and satisfaction. We not only want to offer a convenience to our customers, but a far better experience than what they are used to, as well. Barbara has been preparing pizza and baked goods since 1985 for family and friends. The recipes have been perfected over the years, with attention to even the smallest details. Uptown Downtown gourmet pizzas, crepes and baked goods are deliciously one of a kind! Kira purchased her first espresso machine at age 15, and has been preparing specialty drinks since. She moved to Bandon and co-managed Lake Bradley Christian Camp's coffee shop for nearly two years. After returning to Medford, she worked for two local coffee shops for 2 years. Kira's natural ability and interest combined with her years of experience are the perfect "blend" for the best cup of espresso and beverage creations.
